The only *reasonable* way to get the SVT interior pieces is from a wrecked SVT or one that was converted to a 'racing car'.

Yes, it will all fit. Front seats, Rear seats, and door panels are all similiar. Your car should already have all the mounting points for the split/folding rear seat. There will be some pieces of a black mat looking material covering some of the mounting holes, it pulls right off and the hole should be threaded already. With the front seats(unless you already have power fronts)you will need to add a 30 amp fuse to the fuse box under the dash in order for the wiring harness to get power. I want to say it was fuse position 28 or 29 in my car...yours should be similiar. You can look in the owners manual for the right fuse location.

Good Luck.

Edit: One more thing, because your car is a 2000 you should first look under your driver seat for TWO wiring harnesses. One will be two small wires that runs from the carpet to the seatbelt latch. The other will have two heavy guage wires and run from under the carpet and be an open plug in...that is the harness for the power seat. If you don't have that plug you'll have to wire power for the seat your self.

before you make the full conversion, spend some time in an svt driver's seat. there have been complaints of looseness and rocking from the power mechanism. I had mine worked on by the dealer 3 times under warranty. Also, check the CEG classifieds for parts cars or interior parts.

I think my stock seat actually rocked more than the SVT seat I have now. I think it was a problem that all the seats had...the design of the track isn't very stable. IMO.
