I would have to agree, My dad has a 1970 Ford f250 with a 351 4spd

This truck is only driven at most 20 miles at a time, but most trips are just around the farm (less than a 1/4 mile)
So all hard miles

Orignial engine, no rebuild. and original clutch.

It just hit 115000 miles, still running strong.

I think rust will kill the beast before the engine or drive train will go.
