No. Here are the instructions fromthe Service CD:
Ignition Switch
Removal
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Remove the steering column lower shroud. *Remove the three screws.
3. Remove the ignition switch. *Disconnect the electrical connector. *Remove the two screws.
Installation
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
