How much did it cost?
Sounds like it's got a tick like my old Zetec had. I think the valve lash is adjustable on them, but I'm not quite sure (been a long time since I looked into it).
The spoiler looks dealer installed, aftermarket, or trunk has been replaced since the car still has the rear window 3rd brake light.
