i need to ask someone with body shop experience that knows how much labor would cost to roll the fender lips in and up for a typical car?

I can't find the link exactly but i saw a picture on the net of a tool used for it that grabs on to the hub of the wheel at one point and rolls it in the other. Looks like a compass with an arm that has a wheel.

Ok, sorry if it's not a good description. But the rubbing is annoying as heck. I'd take the hammer and pound away but i'm afraid of cracking the paint therefore leaving the paint vulnerable to further chipping/cracking off and rust. I also thought of using a Dremel tool to it, but then again i would make the metal raw after i finished and it's another corrosion issue.

who ever can help, please recommend me something. I can tell my bro also as he has rubbing on his Jetta also with the bigger wheels.

if you're bored, here is some info on my slug...

SOUNDS BARBARIC BUT IVE USED A BALL BAT W/ A TOWEL WRAPPED AROUND IT AND PRY THE FENDER USING THE TIRE AND PRY UP AGAINST THE FENDER.IF THAT ISNT ENOUGH , CHANGE YOUR TIRE/WHEEL COMBO OR SEEK A LOCAL SHOP. YOU MAY STILL CRACK THE OAINT DOING IT YOURSELF.
