Be careful how you word things. Such weeping geniralizations are hardly ever true. I happen to be a tech that works for Ford and can guarantee that I know how to use a degree wheel as well as ever other tech that works there. I know them all personally. Even if they don't know, there is such a thing as a service manual that will not only guide you throught the procedure, but will give you the tool # that you will need.
