We need a pic of the Cat Cam with that giant washer removed so we can seee the holes.  Even if one isn't marked you can compare the orientaiton of the hole on the stock cam with the lobe position and then select the hole on the Cat cam that is in the same position.
Also we need a pic of a stock cam gear front and back. With that we could get an idea of how easy it is to get the timing marks correct.
