phoenix Az. they make the one and only turbo kits for our motors and are pretty much the most qualified shop for tuning them. they told me $600 for dyno tune including a custom chip plus an additional $100 for a nitrous program added to it. $200 more if i wanted the xcal2 instead (plus $100 for nitrous).
