Since what you're looking for is purely an aesthic mod you can always take some bulbs and color with a blue marker...they'll be really blue then. :rolleyes:
Like mentioned before, got to a speed shop...they carry all those 'novelty' bulbs. Purple, green, blue, rainbow. Just please be careful at night because you'll be drastically cutting your vision with bulbs as blue as you're looking for.
