Well, this is a Contique site after all.  At any rate, the 100K warranty will be useful. And you will be using it - maybe not as much as owners of earlier models did but the trick is to keep taking it back everytime something breaks. Many manufacturers have warranties or return policies knowing full well that people these days will get tired and not bother with stuff after a certain point. Mail in rebates are a good example. Some people just don't want to spend the time.
