Try hubs and axles that are affordable.

Try forged rods that are affordable.. (though even these won't help us much)

Try machining a jackshaft assembly for a roots type supercharger that replaces the front mount and allows the charger to be mounted in the valley or anywhere.

Anything else would be beyond the skill range of even a skilled shop.
