Ray mentioned he carries one in his car, I'll bet he is the only one. The revised waterpump as war mentioned, does not have a high failure rate nor do the aftermarket metal impeller pumps. I have owned three different Duratec Contours over the past six years and never had a waterpump problem. I did swap out a pump in my first SVT because I wasn't sure that I had the revised one, still running fine after three years. As I see it there is no need for an upgraded waterpump.
