I was told tha the pump would be niether high pressure or higher volumn. The focus of this reconstuction is to built the pump using a different material(example: titanium) for its structal integrity and stability. Also to built the pump up as fail free unit when it come to the bearings, seals,etc. so that you will never have to replace the pump again. The higher volumn/pressure issue would be something they would consider after the initial pump is finished; how they can beef it up.
