Bill's ones are real nice. If your keeping the lock out I would go for those!

I wanted a short shifter so I cut mine down which got rid of the lockout. I got a Momo Short Knob. Here's pics'. All leather, feels great.



The one with the 4 buttons, there on Ebay ALL the time. They look kinda cheesy to me though IMHO.
