A Screwdriver with a cloth to pry it out works fine, but I did break mine in the process. Then I used a dremel and a drill and a socket and a ratchet and wire stippers and those little wire slicy thingys and my web browser to go to

I do believe I'm the only person to do this so far and I love it. I think it looks even better in person.
