Well, the Red Bull Skoda team is made of up the majority of the '05 Factory team and has a larger budget then what Skoda could provide. I think you'll see good performance out of this team.
The '06 Citroen "Kronos" team is made up the majority of this years winning team and engineering and will be using all factory spec parts including tires. Even Guy Frequin(Sp?) is running it for next year. In '07 they will be back with a completely new car and team.
As for mitsubishi... what a shock. Thats all i got on that.
