Well here's the info from more than one dealer/parts guy. Both the upper and lower are available it seems without a problem ... one place has the lower and both can order either. Is there a middle or just upper and lower?? The dealers only have upper and lower listed but the Hayes manual seems to state a mid section but maybe they just mean lower. The price is cheap for the lower but about $100 for the upper.
