This execution is only about 23 years late.  Props to Ahhhhnold for making the right decision. Tookie should have known it was "Game Over" when the 9th Circus Court of Shlemeels wouldn't even rule in his favor!

i have a copy of the court report of his writ of habeus corpus to the CA supreme court if anyone wants a to read it. its too long to post in here. i can email it. it has much more information in detail and some history of his case. i pulled it from the Westlaw database. pm me with your email addy if you want me to forward it to you.

Well, no riots to any great degree. I am pleased. Were people dis-organized? Were the police effective with their preparations & efforts to discourage rioting? ... or maybe hollywood doesn't have the credibility & influence they'd like to think they have...
