I also am one to believe the acts are enough in themselves to warrant the death penalty, and what he has done since is irrelevant.
On rioting... make it simple. I bring out National Guard. You riot, we shoot. To kill.

Naw...tear gas. If they shoot as much tear gas as they did in East Lansing after MSU lost in the Final Four then there really shouldn't be a problem in LA tonight.

I'm sure a lot of people will think differently about feeling sorry for the guy, if they read this. http://crime.about.com/b/a/222961.htmI hadn't heard about this guy until last week, and kind of felt bad because I didn't know the whole story. MSN made him out to be innocent, and was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. Now that I looked at this site and saw the evidence, his behavior in prison, and the witnesses stands in court, I'm convinced that he should be dead. Mark

The guy's being Euthanized. Humanely Euthanized.  I think it's wrong. He needs an execution squad that "secretly" crosshatched their rifle rounds.  Reduced to bloody ribbons.
