My advice is not to switch plans with a phone being part of the reason. Chances are it'll be a disappointment. If your Sprint service isn't broke, don't fix it. There are a lot of benefits to being a long-time cellular customer, and I'm sure you won't realize that until you switch to a different carrier. There are a lot of things I get for free because of grandfathered plans that are now charged for at Sprint. You might look into switching your girlfriend to Sprint in order to get free calling with her. You may be able to sneak in some of your benefits on her plan. Check out
