Taken yesterday in the snow around 330-345 as sun was setting. Real nice reflection in door.  I was surprised when I went through cause I was just wasting batteries as usual.  Its now my desktop

I never removed them for two reasons: 1) car was buffed really pretty before I bought it, so who knows what the original owner did or didn't do to the car's paint. I didn't want to remove the ding guards and find faded paint that required a detail shop 2) Door dings are there because 50% of people are too stupid to look before they slam open their door. I would know I've gotten 2 dings + the two that came with the Tour.

nice pic. the black cars look like mirrors when they are clean. look at Y2Ghey's and goonz' cars when they have taken pics. nice shot mang.

I genuinely think that the ding guards look good... it breaks up a certain line on the car without them... and i also agree with their functionality.
I am also in the same boat as you... my car has been repainted... and judging by the fact that the sail panels were painted over, i'm 99% positive that the ding guards wernt removed... so i cant take them off...
Oh yeah, and my car was painted with the front license plate cover on...

if you are anal and hate having ur car dirty, dont get black, but if you do, you'll end up like me and wax ur car 3-4 times a week..the result
