I genuinely think that the ding guards look good... it breaks up a certain line on the car without them... and i also agree with their functionality.

I am also in the same boat as you... my car has been repainted... and judging by the fact that the sail panels were painted over, i'm 99% positive that the ding guards wernt removed... so i cant take them off...

Oh yeah, and my car was painted with the front license plate cover on...
