And what tribe do you belong to?? Can you demonstrate some kind of lineage to that 'tribe'.
Maybe I just don't understand it, but I would not deface my person for such a thing. I have plenty of honestly earned 'battle scars' to talk about... 
Maybe if I do some research & find out that I have an actual family crest or coat of arms (not that goofy internet search thingy that makes up pretent crap). Other than that - take me as I am.
well actually as i've stated several times in this thread that my tattoo IS NOT TRIBAL......BUT to most people if they saw it they would assume that....as i've said several times now that my tat is CUSTOM DESIGNED to go along with the sun i am going to get with my sons initials in it....i just haven't had a chance to get it finished yet....a good friend that is a tattoo artist designed it for me to go with the rest....
my son means everything in the world to me,and for awhile we thought we would never be able to have kids....so he is a miracle in my eyes and i wanted to get a tattoo with his initials in it...i have always liked sun tattoos,and thought it would go well with my sons initials in it...i got the band first,and it will actually be one tat when its done...

Well, I must have posted before you pointed out that it was not a tribal tat. The post I responded to implied that you had a tribal band specially designed - or so it seemed to me.
Now I'm now knocking your choices, & I can certainly applaud your commitment & love for your child. Just not something I would do. Like I said, maybe I just don't get it.
Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.

If I was to get a 'tat I would get this one. Just replace the black/white with skin/black ink.
It can have any meaning, but it's the Pearl Jam logo if it matters.

UM... read my other posts smart guy...i originally said that because 90% of people would think its tribal even though as for the 100th time in this thread,i will say it again it was designed by a friend who's a tattoo artist to go along with the sun i am getting...jeez......once again i said it was tribal because that is what most people that don't know what it is would think...
