So either you're a crappy double-talker, or rather than everyone else who reads your drivel working on their comprehension, perhaps you should work on saying what you mean and sticking to one story. chrisilversvt_dup1 Hard-core CEG'er C Joined: Aug 2002 Posts: 2,857 memphis area,tn.	wow sounds like someone needs to get a friggin' life....since when are you so concerned about what i have on my arm...jeez.... personally i don't think you comprehend it perfectly at all.... so i'll clear it up one more time for sigma,since he seems to be soooooo interested in what another man has on his arm.... 1.) first it was said that tribal bands aren't cool..... 2.)i ask what's wrong with them 3.)the reason i ask is because i have a tattoo,that to most people would be considered a tribal band,and i didn't realize that it would turn into a thread about whether or not my tat was tribal...i used the word tribal in my original post to make it easier to describe,not realizing it would be such a big deal... 4.)when asked about it i then explained it to someone(tourdeforce)he read my explanation and understood it.... 5.)sigma then quotes a couple parts of 2 different posts,so i then explain it to him...and he still don't seem to get it... never did i say i had a tribal band to be cool...then change it when others on here said they are lame....i explained it because someone was asking...i first used the word tribal because it was easier than explaining what it really was....i have my tattoo for me,so i don't care if someone likes it or not,i am not changing my story because some people don't like tats.... maybe you should spend a little less time worrying about whats on other mens bodies and worry about yourself...thank you now have a nice day... new,new ride! So, Mr. Reading Comprehension, where did I ever mention your tattoo? Fact is, I never once mentioned your tattoo itself. I could give a flying [censored] what you have on your arm. I was pointing out to you why people kept going on about your 'tribal' tattoo because you were apparently baffled by the fact that people continued to call it one even though you had apparently stated "several times in this thread" that it was not 'tribal' and it was in fact 'custom-designed'. How those two are mutually exclusive I've yet to determine, but I don't care because I never mentioned you tattoo. I posted about your contradiction not your tattoo. I read everything that you posted. More than apparently you can say since you can't even remember what you wrote your own self. What you posted after the fact doesn't make it less contradictory, in fact it's what you posted after the fact that makes it contradictory. Your first lesson in reading comprehension needs to be that there is a difference between reading comprehension and meaning comprehension. I got what you meant, I've been reading enough drivel from illiterates on the Internet long enough to decipher meaning where all grammar and form of thought is missing. But what you meant and what you said are two different things. I was pointing out your contradictory statements since you apparently didn't realize you made them and didn't understand why people kept calling your tattoo 'tribal'. Simple fact is, prior to you making the post claiming you had "stated several times" that it was not "tribal" you had only posted on this thread twice. And in both of those posts you explicitly stated that your tattoo was "tribal". In your second post you managed to say "it is tribal", "it's not really tribal", and "it would be classified as tribal" all in the exact same post! (I would say "in the exact same sentence" but you don't really write in any sort of legible sentences) The only thing you stated "several times" was that your tattoo was 'tribal', only once prior to your claim did you say that it wasn't 'tribal', and even that statement was immediately followed by a 'but it would be classified as such'.
