He is trying to sell advertising space on the site, even if he only fills it halfway they'll make a profit. Not to mention I doubt they're going to do more then cosmetic damage to the car. So the block will most likely remain intact and i'm sure a viper RT10 motor runs a pretty penny. I'm sure some car buff would buy a smashed viper and rebuild it as well.
