Yes, as soon as the car is put into park it idles 80% better, not quite perfect but MUCH better. It will idle at 700-800 in park, 500 or lower in drive with the brake on.

Take an inductive timing light and see if each plug fires (flashes strobe). I would change the plug wires next if they don't all fire, after you look at the plugs. Also, you could have a cracked plastic vacuum line somewhere.

DING, DING, WE HAVE A WINNER!!!
After driving the car around with it running like general poop it FINALLY threw a code. Had it read and it stated a misfire on cylinder #4.
More like no fire on cylinder #4. The plug wire was not fully seated on the coil pack and it wasn't sparking very well. Played around with different wires on the #4 "port" of the coil pack and it was sparking fine. Upon inspection of the #4 wire thier was some dirt not allowing a strong connection. Cleaned #4, and the car ran like a champ.
