I was going to try the code scanner but it requires me to start the enging, it won't. I had the battery disconnected during the engine repair so the old codes were lost. The camshaft timing I set by aligning the end (opposit the belt) with a flat bar in the groves of the two cams. The crankshaft was aligned with the second mark on the pulley. this is also top dead center of number one. The belt was then tightened. The spark timing I did not adjust, I don't know if you can, I just checked with a light. I put white paint on the pulley at TDC of # 1 and watched.
I pulled the 4 injectors out and pointed them up, when cranked, they spray all togather about once every round.
Maybe I can find a code checker that will work without the enging running? Thanks
