Try scanning for codes, first, and maybe just pull the battery connection for 10 minutes and reconnect to reset the system. Also, if it floods out, it won't start. It does have sequential fuel injection, but I don't think you could see each one squirt, even at crankover rpm's. (I could be wrong)
