well, they haven't really produced many (I heard they were keeping the numbers low, to keep demand high until after the holidays), so 3% really isn't many. I have a feeling the problems will be fixed in the near future
let this be a lesson: only buy the first generation of a $400 gaming system if you can really afford it, cause just like with the first of anything, it's gonna screw up
