There's no WANT in the black contractors getting jobs. It's called spreading the wealth equally and it's been proven that minorities do not get their fair share of dollars avaailable in those instances. So there is no difference from my example.

A few people complained about how the evil Christians are always throwing their weight around and trying to alter corporate policy. I made the point that no one complains or calls black people evil when Jesse Jackson and his peeps threaten boycotts as a means for changing corporate policy. Who knows what that has to do with discrimination at Denny's. My point is that if it's okay for black people to exercise their power in numbers, why isn't it okay for Christians to do the same? It isn't, which is the double standard I was referring to.

Also, I didn't say they refused to sell cars to gay people. I said SERVE the gay community. You can discriminate by refusing to serve a certain segment in many different ways. For instance, when those agents went into Denny's they were refused service. Sure they weren't called the "N" word, but the intent was there.

So by not marketing specifically to gays, they aren't serving them? Great thinking there. Perhaps it's this logic, that gays think they need to be specially catered to, that is suppressing their advancement within this culture/society.
