Why not let the Mobo detect and use the default settings? If you are tweaking it, I'd recommend checking out the specs of the mobo, cpu and ram to determine what fsb to use.
Also when troubleshooting a problem, strip it down to the bare minimum. BSOD could be caused by a defective device. Sometimes it could be your Optical Drives, PCI card etc. Through the process of elimination, you can determine what is causing the system crash.
Meanwhile, run memtest to see if it crashes. If it does, most likely it's your ram.
