. Scan the CEL codes again and post the exact codes. You may have a plugged exhaust (inefficient catalyst), bad IMRC, bad fuel pump, fuel filter, air filter or just a bad ignition coil. It is hard to tell without the CEL codes.
As for clearing the CEL, it is Fuses 4 and 11 for earlier models and Fuses 6 an 11 for later ones.
