No offense man, but this thread is pretty much pointless. I mean it is great that your headlights look like new and all but who cares? Can you tell me what the point of the thread is, if you are not going to tell us EXACTLY how the lights were revived? FYI, I'm not trying to flame you or anything.

My point was that if any CEG'r is at their local shop and their mechanic suggests this treatment that it is not BS, and that it seems to work. I was skeptical that a $20 treatment could work so well, but it did. To me it seemed like a great thing that this treatment worked, only cost $20, and I didn't have to take sandpaper to my headlights. I guess it isn't as impressive to anyone else.

I have to go back on Thursday, so I'll try and find out what exactly they call the process.

One, I don't have anywhere to host pictures. Two, does it really matter...I said they looked like new. Three, it's winter here...the headlights are covered with snow half the time.
Between the two of you as examples, it's a wonder anyone posts anything on these boards anymore.
Off subject but you should check out www.imageshack.us , they have free image hosting which is pretty easy to use. There is an option to resize the image as you host it, and they also provide several different lines of code for use in different situations. You might find it useful here, or anywhere/anytime for that matter.
(And just my personal opinion, in the "aesthetics" section of this site, it's all about looks.. obviously. So it's only natural to post images, people love to see 'pretty' pictures so they can judge how good they look, or how something looks in general.)

Yea image shack is pretty slick it will allow you to post as many pics as you want... just be sure not to lose that first email as it has the link to get back to all of the pictures you host through them. There isn't a way that I have found from their website to "log-on" so just watch your email for it and then save it.

I'd be interested too. I've got 3 cars in my driveway that I really don't feel like sanding, etc, etc, on. BTW, my SVT isn't one of them.
