My question is this. I have never bought the extended warranty on anything because its usually a waste of money. But I know that these HD-LCD tv's have the projection bulbs that go out every now and then and they can be fairly expensive.. So.. Does anybody have a LCD TV that can tell me how often these bulbs go out? Is it worth getting the warranty?
Before you invest in an extended warranty, make sure it covers bulb replacement. The warranty may well consider bulb burn-out just a wear-and-tear type thing and not cover bulb replacement
