Thank You! I used to work at Best Buy and I couldn't understand why people wouldn't buy a service plan on the big items. I got an Advent 27" flat screen tv for $400 or so about three years ago. When I went back in July I found that when you turned on the tv it would crackle, then it finally went and the tube poped. I took it in to BB and because they didn't have the tv anymore gave me a new Sony Wega 27" flat screen; I gotta say it was well worth the investment and yes I did buy another psp for the Sony.
