it's just a series of unfortunate events.

Well, my actual birthday didnt turn out so badly. It was a decent day aside from hitting a fence with the tour' But today where we had my family get together to celebrate my birthday... Things really got horrible... We had some of my relatives over like we always dofor my birthdays. I had usualy had a good time, but this was just HORRIBLE. I seriously wanted to leave my own birthday party. The WHOLE time nobody paid any attention too me. I got gifts, yeah, and I am very thankful at the thought put into the majority of them. But nobody even cared what I was asked to open them, whenever I would open a gift or card I would kindly thank to sender... But I would have to thank them 2 and 3 times before they would finnaly acknowledge me, because they were too busy talking with someone else. I felt like nobody was there because of me, it was all for my relatives so they could talk to each other.. I decided to leave the gathering, and find a place to be alone... Sadly, the only person who even noticed that I had left the group was my own mother. I went to the basement and sat under the area that everybody else was to hear if my name ever arose... Nope... it didnt. Oh, and the only time I got a "happy birthday" from anybody was when they were leaving... and singing the song for when you blow out the candles, which not everbody even got up to go to the kitchen for... This was my 18th birthday, it was really important to me... I guess hardly anybody in my family really cares that it was this important too me.
