The screws that hold the MAF sensor in the intake are security torx and they put some sealer into one of the screws to make it harder to get off. I have the tool (you can get it from an electrical supply house) and some extra screws so when I got it out I replaced the one with sealer in it with a normal one.



Don't bother with removing the security torx screws. Unhook the air filter upper housing, unsrew the worm clamp at the accordian tube (air intake duct) side, and spray the MAF sensor that way.
