Ummm.....No. But I may be misunderstanding you.
There are four O2 sensor bungs in total (two on each header). You are missing the lower o2 sensor bung on each header. I urge you to search out some pictures of MSDS or WeaponR headers and this will become very clear. The MIL eliminators are wired in series with the lower O2 Sensors.
Aspire, I fully understand the problems involved in finding hobby time! Good luck with your install - make sure you have an extensive selection of hand tools before starting this (extensions, universal joints etc.). Loosening the exhaust manifold bolts is really challenging.
