OP Geddup Noise CEG\'er G Joined: Sep 2005 Posts: 140 Louisville, KY	I installed the new gear that I purchased from Rennbay INC. @ www.sunroofgears.com and had no problems for the first couple of days. the third day after installation, the sunroof just stopped moving all together. I took the assembly out check and see if i had done something wrong. The gear is in position and is well lurbricated. I also alligned the motor to the gear again even though i had done it the first time. It worked long enough for my sunroof to close before it started raining and then wouldn't move for the rest of the day. Now the sunroof works off and on. pretty much whenever it wants to. I followed all the instructions carefully I don't know why I am having this problem. Can anyone help? 00 CSVT Black/Midnight Blue 2.5L DOHC Duratec V6, 200HP, MTX-75 MODs: K&N Filter, SVT ovals, Autometer gauges, PIAA 510's, Alpine S-type FE/Pioneer R, Pioneer Premier Series reciever #603 of 2150 92 Cavalier 1.8L I4 (Beater)

The Digital Slacker Hard-core CEG\'er T Joined: Sep 2002 Posts: 2,978 Lancaster, PA	Yep... I don't even have the motor in my car anymore. My motor ate 3 aftermarket gears so far. I am going to ship my motor down there and have them look at it sometime soon.

I'm also getting a beater soon and the car will be garaged all winter.
