My buddy tried to put ketchup on a steak I cooked for him once/ I promptly took the ketchup form him and put it backin the cupboard! Frikken peasant!

A friend of mine insists on always pouring equal in her wine. For myself, tomatoes are the most vile substance on the face of this Earth, and all it's incarnations: ketchup, various sauces, are equally as vile. Oreo cookies and Mustard are quite good though! I don't think I'll ever try it again though.

I thought Sweet Breads was the general term for a animals Organs as used primairly in French Cusine? Cow brains are served at many Taquerias under the name Cessos. Instead of Carne Asada or Pollo you just pick Cessos as your meat. Very Common! Stazi! Nothing like Sicilian Pigs Feet slow roasted in a pot of simmering red pasta sauce and a nice loaf of sourdough.  Chinese Dim-Sum Chicken feet in a Red sweet/hot sauce. Just ensure you spit out the little bones  Plain potato chips on top of Macaroni Salad or used as scoops.
