Now obviously these guys are way bias. But dude did buy a ford gt(so he doesnt hate american cars that bad) He did return it later though.

Again, explain why the leafs need to go. You haven't so far...neither do the guys from Top Gear. They make a big stink how its old and "like my tractor", but never bring any tech. Niehter do you, your just regurgitating the same un-informed bias you heard elsewere. You are aware that the "leafsprings" on the vette have as much in common with a traditional leaf spring suspension as the Ford mod-moter has in common with the original flat-head v8, right? A composite transverse leaf spring used to provide spring damping to the wheels on an independant suspension may not be cutting edge, but it works...tremendously well. The Z06 (and all c6's for that matter) handle extremely well. Making blanket statements that leafsprings somehow make it less of a car are simply rediculous.

And before anyone on here calls me a GM fan-boy, Rara can vouch that its pretty far from the truth. My job just allows me to work with and drive the best products from the performance car world. I am not a Vette fan at all, but I won't knock the design or the performance at all.
