If you ask me, they should go ahead and build a freshened-up version of the Pontiac Banshee and that CERV-III. Those two would be frickin sweet. Oh, if you take a good look at the '68-82 Corvette, you will notice that the earlier ones have a vertical rear winshield, as opposed to the fastback. There was some interest intially to make that body style mid-engined, thus the flat rear deck and vertical rear glass on the earlier models. When that idea got ditched, they switched it over to the fastback-ish rear glass.
Oooooo, I can't wait for that V8 Solstice to come out. Maybe that's more of an "if"
