what is this zap mat thing u talk about. i cant stand my neighbors cat. it walks all over my car and i've considered getting a car cover too but what a pain that is.hell, we just want to keep the cats off our property, period. they ruin my mom's garden. any suggestions. this is turning into an off topic.
