Yeah you really gotta love stupidity. I lost my '93 'stang to one of those wonderful ol' people. I posted this somewhere else and can't remember where....any hoo, this lil ol lady in her HUGE Land yaht...1985 or so, maybe '90 Mercury Grand Marquis, is trying to figure out how to get off the interstate and M E R G E into traffic. What does she do....I am glad you asked. Well she comes to a STOP at the bottom of the BEGINNING of the merge lane. Mind you, this is also dumping into another main drag near a mall.
She figures it out! She SLLLOOOWWWWLLLLY enters the merge lane and begins. I am two cars back. She cuts into traffic in front of cars and begins down the road. Not too far down and my mind set is "pass her and make it up the road"
I am in the far left lane when she decides ooops she wants to turn in front of me and turn in a place that isn't even where you are supposed to turn....in front of cars trying to turn left opposite direction. So the yaht turns in front of me. Oh...one more thing....it has rained and everything is wet. Cars immediately on my right...nowhere to go BAM! I spun her car 180 degrees across the area where she was not supposed to have turned in the first place.
Get insurance! Sad story....but hey, it is how I got the Mystique.
So it's all good
But this is a daily occurance here
