Well, not ALL HS drivers suck, but a large percentage of them do. I know I was a terrible driver for about the first year or so of having my license. Until I got some experience (uh, don't do THAT again was a common lesson to myself). Fortunately for me, I didn't wreck the VW Dasher before I removed my head from my buttocks.
I drive fast on the highway, sometimes aggressively. I drive pretty reasonably on surface streets. But no matter where I am driving, I am keeping an eye on the people around me and trying to determine what they are going to do next. Because you never know when you are going to run into (blue hair, dumb ricer, boy racer in dad's BMW, inexperienced HS driver, plain old moron).

Not if you know the kids that work at where I work. They're far from making minimum wage. Regular pay is about $8/hr with all the bonuses. They work about 25 hours a week too. With nothing else to worry about (no rent, no food, no utilities, etc...), I can see how they can afford newer cars and mods. No way anyone working part time after school and on weekends making minimum wage could afford a new Honda Civic and the thousands of dollars that APC and the like charge them for that riceboy ****.
I work full time making $12.34/hr and I'm lucky to have a few spare bucks to buy lunch at the company cafeteria after I pay my bills.
Not counting all the money I have borrowed from my folks.

I'm now in the teacher's parking lot! :p I was always the first one out, but whenever I had to wait for my sister  it became extremely, um, 'interesting.' Page 2

my 'stupid ricers' experience came sunday afternoon....leaving with g/friend and kids from her moms house
as im approaching the intersection to make a left turn...i spot a light blue  civic with fake cf hood coming from my right (on the street i was turning on to) and he makes a very short left heading right for my front left end
i had to stop several feet short of the intersection and he was able to correct without hitting us
turns out his stupid ass was trying to catch up to some girl that had come around the same corner and parked a few seconds before
95 contour se...dark blue...monsterflow air filter...remanuf atx...wiring harness recall or bust!!!96k miles...motorcraft awsf32pp plugs & red ford racing 9mm wires...kvr black plated cross-drilled rotors & carbon fiber pads...currently undergoing renovation...excuse our dust!!! are my dodgers for real????

OOOOHHHH soooo true.... matter of fact FYI: beware of just about any high school driver, they all are running off of horomones and adrenaline, especially when they are with their friends and are in a car they didnt even pay or work for!!!![/b] ...well I hate to say this BUT I as did many in my HS which happened to contain many students from well off familes (1)paid our own car notes (2)paid our own insurance (3)paid for any "mods" we wanted. This was mostly because our parents were/are not car enthusiats as are most young High Schoolers today. And without sounding like even more of an ass I just want to say instead of stereotyping ALL " just about any " high school driver (ricer fan or not) you should consider that not as many as you think have mommies and daddies that take care of them; while they may get them the vehicle and get them started we still had/have to pay for our own vehicle.
Quality is remembered long after cost is forgotten.
...Oh sorry I guess I am just another stupid kid who doesn't know anything...
