Same damn thing happened to my friend in Oak Lawn last winter. Only he didn't find the guy, beat his ass, and have him arrested. They usually take the cars right up South West Highway right into the city. I'm glad for you cause those cops don't do sh*t. Laziest force next to Hometown.
