The worst drivers I've ever seen were in Hot Springs, Arkansas (we lived there 6 yrs) Old farts; rich horse race crowd... One time I'm in the left lane on a two way four lane road (right in front of the track) with a blue hair in front. She STOPS , realizing she missed her turn off to the right, and BACKS UP!!!
I'm screamin abuse and backing up, the guy behind me is trying to get into the right lane; well nobody is hurt but I swear to God they need to yank those old fart licenses. I've seen 'em getting their licenses renewed and they don't know how to follow directions as to even where to sit to get their pictures taken, and then they DRIVE away from the license office in some big a$$ car or truck. No wonder our insurance rates are so high...
