Have you ever seen these documents? My wife has she hires a hundred of construction laborers a year, mostly of hispanic heritage and very little workable english. I'd say at least half come in with obviously fake paper work and she turns them away. She hires by the rules, cause that is what she is told to do.

How can you tell? They don't have all the required paperwork, maybe two of the three. The cards are blatently fake cards. They are hired under one name and then called by other workers by another, not a nick names, a completely different names.

You get a hispanic person in her position and between family, friends, and family and friends of friends, they get hired. She works with three other hispanic girls in her positions on different contracts. They show up every day and they work hard. They just want an honest living. Not to mention most companies, have a don't fire policy because once hired they've broken the law so they might as well get the good worker for their troubles.

Back to my point, it's not as easy as you think to produce good fakes, but when you pay someone to hire them pennies, what do you expect.
