Probably the same things that I'm finding all over mine. Vacuum leaks! The EGR stem leaked, the O-rings on top of the intake leaked, injector to LIM leak. What a pain!
The line that purges the fuel vapors into the intake was burnt off - it was up against the EGR intake pipe.
