I guess you've been around a while eh? You remember the good ole days and debates.

My NA 3L engine without secondaries ran a 13.4

His 3L engine, with secondaries, that NEEDS an intercooled T3/4 60-1 turbo (at 8-10psi) ran just a measly 13.8

That proves having no secondaries is better then having an intercooled turbo.

No that just means he's a horrible driver, Which i believe he has admited long ago.

You get the prize!

And Demon = Hehehe...pretty good comeback though

I'm actually not a horrible driver anymore but at the time I was not as good as I am now.
I also had worn out falken ziex 512s in 215/45 size. Traction was a huge problem.
I now have 235/45 and it is hooking up much better.
Now if I had drag radials then it might be a different story.
I've done all my runs on street tires of stock width. When I get to the track next, they will be on wider tires so I expect an improvement in times if al else remains equal

I don't see why someone hasn't just gotten two LIMs, de-secondaried one, and run a series of quarters with one LIM one day, swapped them out, and run the same series with the other the next day. Settle the dispute as much as possible once and for all.

Becasue running no secondaris requires a chip to eliminate the secondaries function from the PCM and change timing and fuel curves.

I'm working on that. I have the LIM Brad sent me that I'm planning on doing that with, only on the dyno and not at the track.
We'll see when that gets done! lol

Exactly as Tom stated. It would have to be a back to back dyno comparison and include all the tuning required for switching the LIMs. (i.e lots of dyno $$$)

In other words it will never happen unless someone wants to spend a sizeable chunk of money just for the test. It would take a while to PROPERLY tune for no secondaries. It would require multiple datalogging runs just to work out the spark curve alone.
It is not something you can do quickly and truthfully not something you can fully do on a dyno at all. (way too much regular drivability tuning required!)
